Citizen Survey  
The citizen survey is a standard for accreditation that is required to be completed every three years. The survey will consist of 10 questions and will cover overall agency performance, overall competence of agency employees, officer's attitudes and behavior towards citizens, concern over safety and security within Marshall County and suggestions for agency improvement.
