Marshalltown, Iowa - The Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force served a search warrant on a Marshalltown home Monday, arresting one person and placing two children in safe care.
Agents of the Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 203 N. 9th Street in Marshalltown Monday, which resulted in the arrest of Samantha Sue Sanders, age 23, and the removal of two minor children who were placed with Crisis Care under the Drug-Endangered Child protocol.
The Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force was assisted by the Marshalltown Police Department with the execution of the search warrant and arrest, which concluded a three month drug investigation.

The Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force is funded by a grant, through the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, and the Governor's Office of Drug Control Policy. The Task Force operates in Grundy, Hardin, Marshall and Tama Counties
