3223 Jessup Avenue, Melbourne, Iowa - 3 in custody on multiple charges following Meth Lab raid in Marshall County.
Early morning of August 28, 2008 the Mid Iowa Drug Task Force (MIDTF), (assisted by Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement (MINE) Task Force, Jasper County Sheriff's Office and Marshall County Sheriff's Office) executed a search warrant at 3223 Jessup Avenue Melbourne, IA 50162. During the search warrant execution authorities located an active meth lab on the property of this residence. The following suspects were taken into custody and charged accordingly. They are currently being held at the Marshall County Jail on .
Terry Wayne Housley Age-34 of Newton, IA Bond
Total Bond - $120,000.00
James Patrick Hendershott Age-42 of Melbourne, IA
Total Bond - $124,000.00
Alta Marie Hendershott Age-44 of Melbourne, IA
Total Bond - $124,000.00
