209 S. 8th Street, Marshalltown Iowa - On February 28th, 2017 agents with the Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force served a narcotics search warrant at 209 S 8th St. in Marshalltown, Iowa.
As a result of this investigation, two suspects were arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail on various criminal drug charges:
Luis Artemio Cruz, age 37, 209 S 8th St., Marshalltown
Sanjuana Cruz, age 52, 209 S 8th St St., Marshalltown
Officers seized Methamphetamine, marijuana, and one firearm with ammunition as a result of the search warrant.
Additional arrests are pending as the investigation continues.
The Mid Iowa Drug Task Force was assisted with the execution of the search warrant by the Marshalltown Police Department, Marshalltown SWAT, and the Marshall County Sheriff's Office.
The Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force is funded by a grant through the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, and the Governor's Office of Drug Control Policy.
