Arrest made in May 7 shooting investigation

A local man was arrested in Marshalltown on May 11, charged with attempted murder and other serious offenses stemming from an early morning shooting May 7, 2020.

Where do I find a list of properties going up for sale?

All Notices of Sheriff’s Levy and Sale are published in the Marshalltown Times-Republican and posted at the following locations:

  • Sheriff’s Office lobby
  • Marshalltown City Hall
  • Marshall County Treasurer’s Office

Publications will be no less than four weeks before the originally scheduled sale date.

Sales may be postponed or canceled at any time. Postponements and cancellations will be announced on the scheduled day of sale.
