Marshalltown, Iowa - Mid-morning search warrant leads to the arrest of four Marshalltown residents. Tuesday, October 24th, 2017 at approximately 9:15 A.M. agents with the Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force served a narcotic search warrant at 718 Union Street in Marshalltown.
As a result of this investigation, four suspects were arrested and jailed on various criminal drug charges:
Raymond Shogren, age 35 of Marshalltown
Jana Taylor, age 33, of Marshalltown
Christine Alman, age 30, of Marshalltown
Jason Nauman, age 35, of Marshalltown
Officers found evidence of methamphetamine use and seized a quantity of methamphetamine with a potential street value of $1600-$1800, drug paraphernalia, and a stolen firearm as a result of the search warrant.
Additional arrests are pending as the investigation continues.
The Mid Iowa Drug Task Force was assisted with the execution of the search warrant by the Marshall County Sheriff's Office and Marshalltown Police Department.
The Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force is funded by a grant through the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, and the Governor's Office of Drug Control Policy.
