2900 mile of East Main Street Road, Marshall Count - Supplement to Motor Vehicle Fatality in Marshall County.
Earlier today the Marshall County Sheriff's Office released information pertaining to an investigation of a motor vehicle accident involving a fatality. This accident occurred during the early morning hours of June 1, 2008. This supplemental is to release the name of the victim.
The driver of the vehicle that was involved in the accident was;
Judith Ann Kascoutas Age 67 of Marshalltown, Iowa.
Ms Kascoutas was pronounced deceased at the scene by Marshall County Medical Examiner, Dr. David Bethel.
The accident investigation unit of the Marshall County Sheriff's Office is continuing their investigation along with the Medical Examiner at this time.
