Marshall Co Sheriff's Office - Effective 1/7/13, to better serve the public, the Marshall Co Sheriff's Office will be changing the civil office hours to Mon - Fri. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
These are the same hours that the Marshall County Courthouse follows as well.

On April 28th, 2022 agents with the Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force served a narcotic search warrant at 519 Woodbury St Marshalltown, Iowa.

On April 20th, 2022, agents with the Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force served seven narcotics search warrants in Marshalltown, Wellsburg, and Hampton Iowa after an investigation involving suspected drug trafficking and use taking place at these residences.
